Will the shopping cart save the order if log out?
The shopping cart is an advanced feature that stores cookies on your computer. As long as you don’t delete these cookies you can save the items in the cart or wish list. This way if you have to leave suddenly it will not cause a problem. You can always delete products off your shopping cart or purchase them.
My connection disconnected. Should I re-send the order?
Do not resend the order yet. First log in and check your order status here: Track Your Order. See if our system has an existing order on file. If it does not then you can resubmit the order.
Do I have to create an account?
Yes, at present we do ask our customers to create an account. This will just take a minute and will be a reusable account that you can come back to. Please save your password and login for future reference.
