Shipping & Delivery
DELIVERY METHOD
It is our policy to try and ship all merchandise within three business days of receiving a customers order. Barr ships all merchandise using United Parcel Service (UPS) via Standard Ground, with delivery expected between three to seven business days. We ship to all 50 states. However, if shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please add two additional shipping days. At this time we do not ship outside of the United States or to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Costs
Customers pay all shipping expenses for merchandise that they order. If a customer is returning merchandise, and it has been determined that that the merchandise being returned is due to an error made by Barr, then we will gladly pay shipping costs. Only Standard rate shipping charges will be refunded. We recommend using a shipping agent that has tracking and proof of receipt, such as United Parcel Service (UPS).
